Spasko, director of Opera makes delicious gourmet ice-cream in North London, using a range of local ingredients including milk from Bradfields Dairy Farm, locally grown fruit and organic eggs from Midgham Farm. Spasko also makes their moreish brownies (try one with a scoop of ice-cream or a shot of espresso).

They're also very popular for their coffee and lemonade (available in original and raspberry).

There is a reason behind their name too; Kerry, Spasko's wife, is a trained opera singer and at times belts out the popular classics while helping her husband serve up ice cream - so if you're stuck in a queue for refreshment on a hot day you needn't get bored! Certainly an ice first for London's farmers' markets!
